During a successful career in journalism, TC was assistant bureau chief for The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer in the Statehouse Bureau in Columbus. He was responsible for covering a host of government agencies, businesses and national breaking news events. TC has written extensively for numerous magazines and national publications, including Playboy and The New York Times. His stories prompted:

  • Changes in a federally run au pair program.
  • Revisions in state policy for disposing of hazardous and radioactive waste.
  • Increased eligibility for victims of crime in a state reparations program.
  • A transformation in the way the state calculates its consumer fraud recovery.

TC is the recipient of national, state and local journalism awards, including recognition from the National Association of Capitol Reporters and Editors and the National Press Club.

TC lives in Ohio where he works as a writer, editor, social media expert, media consultant and an investigator.  He is a founding partner in Web Face Solutions, a social media marketing company. TC has two daughters: one is pursuing a career as an American Sign Language interpreter for the deaf; the other is pursuing an acting career in Los Angeles.
